Gawar Construction Limited (GCL) is the Sponsor of the Trust. GCL has a legacy of more than 25 years, originally established as a partnership firm ‘Gawar Construction Company’ in 1997 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company namely ‘Gawar Construction Limited’ on March 31, 2008, having its corporate office in Gurgaon. The Promoters of GCL have extensive experience in the road construction industry, contributing to the company’s success.

GCL is an integrated road EPC company with Geographical and Sectoral diversification having footprint in 19 States across India.

Over the years GCL has undertaken and executed more than 100 road construction projects awarded by NHAI, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Military Engineering Services, BRO, National Highway Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited under the EPC and HAM mode.

GCL has a proven track record of timely execution of projects leading to early completion bonus(es), owing to its strong project management capabilities.

GCL maintains a healthy order book with strong counterparties, ensuring a steady stream of order inflow.

GCL has a strong financial position with low leverage and gearing ratio.
